Vom Burgenland aufs Frühstücksbuffet!

Nur das Beste für unsere Gäste und deshalb sind wir unermüdlich unterwegs, um die besten und frischesten Produkte zu finden, die wir dann unseren Gästen zum Frühstück servieren dürfen! Diesmal waren wir im wunderbaren Burgenland unterwegs und haben unserem Apfelsaftlieferanten Leeb einen Besuch abgestattet. Frau Leeb ist wirklich wunderbar und am liebsten möchte man in Apfelsaft baden!

Wir lieben besonders die knackigen Pinova Äpfel aber auch der Braeburn ist traumhaft. Frau Leeb mixt jedoch auch Apfel Chutney, Apfel Cider, Apfelchips, Apfelessig, Apfelschnaps => naja, zum Frühstück vielleicht dann doch zu heftig.

Wir haben diesmal bei “Early Gold” und einer Apfelsaft-Cuvée zugeschlagen. Wir sind schon gespannt, was unsere Gäste meinen!
